1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY GUIDELINES
Blaire Air ships domestically and worldwide.
Generally, we deliver to most countries that allow standard, priority, and express mailing options. While our aim is to keep orders in an affordable range, our ultimate goal is to fulfill our orders in an efficient, prompt and safe manner. For an exhaustive list of countries that we deliver to, you can select them based on the address, city, and applicable postal codes when entering your information at checkout. Upon confirmation of your shipping address, we will auto-calculate the delivery fees based on the entered address without processing payment or registration.
We have currently limited shipping to the following countries/territories due to unreliable postal services: Afghanistan Brazil, Guatemala, Indonesia, Iran, North Korea, Mexico, South Africa, Portugal, Syria & Yemen due to unreliable postal services). Please refer to this shipping policy from time to time for updated countries/territories.
***COVID-19 IMPACT ON ALL DELIVERIES***
While we are still delivering domestically and internationally, orders are subject to significant delays. For countries with strict regulations, those orders will be delivered once the restrictions have been lifted. Domestic Orders (USA) and Canada are processed with minimal staff and as result customers will experience some delays.
2. ORDER FULFILLMENT, STATUS & TRACKING
We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible within the following guidelines: All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 business days upon confirmation of payment. Standard processing times can vary by the implementation of security checkpoints, shipping restriction regulations, payment authorization and dispatching orders. Order confirmations are sent for all orders once received and customers can refer to them periodically for updates.
Note: for multiple items (two or more), we combine their items and ship them to customers in one unified package.
Subscription Products: customers will receive their subscription procedures, based on the subscription intervals selected for their initial order, which is contingent upon confirmation of successful payment. In the event of a failed transaction, customers will not receive their monthly order until the subscription fee has been resolved.
We offer two delivery options for customers: Priority Mail, Priority Express, Priority International, and Priority International Express. All delivery fees are auto-calculated based on the desired shipping address provided. Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.
There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on international courier policies and their delivery timeframes. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status here.
3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

We accept Visa & Mastercard credit and debit cards; American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay - Coming Soon. We currently do not accept payments via ATM or ACH Bank Transfers.
